....just sayingYou can, but why would you? Unless the vehicle is heavily modified you will see no gains. You'd just have a device spliced into your harness that makes pretty colors.
Find the pinout diagram for the ECU you're working with and then go from there. All you need is a ground, power, rpm, tps, and maf signal to modify.
One question is why? And just look up a 420 pinout guide for the ecu and take the guide book they give you for a turboed car and see if they have the same signal out puts.
.one thing to remember with the neo units is older versions had an issue with mitsu ecu signal regarding the karmen signal if i remember correctly. they have an update that you can check to see if you need based on version. only problem is it has to be sent into apexi for the update.
