AEM EMS and Cyclone intake question

Has anyone setup a cyclone intake manifold with an AEM EMS standalone?

I am looking at how to set the butterflies up to work electronically.

Turboglenn is using a haltech ecu standalone to control his cyclone. You could ask him about his setup.

Depending if you need a positive or a negative trigger to activate the butterflies, you can use either a High Side or a Low Side output. Just connect the desired output from the pin out on the ems to the butterflies and go to Options > Configure Outputs and set your parameters for when you want them to come on based on rpm, load.. etc. Should be pretty straight forward.

Did you evr get this taken care of? if you need i can either guide you through setting it up, or i could just take a copy of your .cal file (map) and make the needed changes for you based upon the desired pin youd like to use to trigger it. you will basically be usimg a solenoid from either a 2G DSM fuel pressure solenoid, or any similar 3 port solenoid. you will also need a GOOD one_way check valve that can withstand the lvel of boost you plan to run.

ive been messing with the open and closing poinys based onoad and RPM. if theres anyway i cam help you out just shooy me a PM.

I also will be using the fpr solenoid. Gonna get the check valve from Dodge.

cool, hit me up if you need any help in the line of programing or a diagram of setting up the actuator (using the OEM cyclone stuff) with the FPS and a check valve, I can get you pics as well as a diagrfam of mine showing flow under vacum (and boost if you need it added on)
For a daily driven car in the ~500WHP range i think this is the best manifodl a guy can have to be honest... Sure it gave up a few poniues up in the very top end but i have so much of a wider power band now that i rarely need to downshift for anything other than to rocket off from some one to show em the mitsu is mean as hell
