Looking to do repair or replace my motor mounts really soon but I'm debating on what to do. Just wondering what other guys out there are doing. Im trying to decide whether to buy the polyurethane inserts or just use the caulking that they sell. Has anybody had any experience with these and which one is better.. Any advice will help my decision

so i take it nobody out there has replaced or repaired their motor mounts considering no one can give me advice on them.

Polyurethane ones are stiffer than stock and come in bright red OMG If you have your balance shafts out then you are going to get some vibration. I'll be doing the mod myself soon since my front mount is on vacation and didn't tell me where it was going.

I know that the polyurethane ones are better and that is what I will be going with. The decision I am debating over, is whether to buy the inserts or the caulking. They sell polyurethane caulking that you can inject into your stock motor mounts to repair the cracks in them. I'm trying to get a feel for what other people have done and what experiences they have had with the two. Obviously the caulking will be cheaper than the inserts and to me, seems like it would work better. But then again, I haven't had the experience with either to make a decision.
