6bolt on DL motor mounts???

hey im doing a a 6 bolt swap into a 93 DL and was wondering if i needed to get new motor mounts??
Dude thats doing my swap says i do.... but i looked at some billet aluminum motor mounts and the look EXACTLY the SAME as the ones on my DL!

I just wanted some other thoughts on this to help me before i spend $320 on new motor mounts!!

Yes your going to need the 2.0 motor mounts!

can you explain to me why?
They look EXACTLY the SAME!
bolt holes and size
the size of the mount it self and the place they are mounted!!
ALL THE SAME!!

Some one please explain detail why there are different!!

I know the timing belt side motor mount is different, its shorter where it wraps around the head! Dont know about the other ones.

ha yes i can understand that one! but thats it!! I just want to spend $300 bucks on motor mounts when i don't need them! I know its good to get some stiffer ones but as for now the car doesn't need them!

I have nothing else for you, I really never seen the 1.8 motor! Just that One motor mount is all i know!


And one more thing, I have all the motor mount as a spare that i can sell you, if you need them!
