Adjusting boost level?

This is kinda dumb, but how do you adjusted the boost level on a Turboxs high performance bc. I lost my instruction manual and I can never get the boost (19 psi) I want. I turned clockwise and counter clockwise and I still get 24 psi. Help please.

do you have to pull out the adjuster then turn? that's how it is on my turbonetics MBC

Screwing an MBC IN INcreases boost.

make sure your vac lines are tight and in the plugged in the correct places.

also make sure its not sitting next to your exhaust mani or turbine housing....my mbc had issues when being exposed to excessive heat for extended periods of time in addition to the weather changing from hot to cold. i eventually purchased a EBC
