Adjustable shocks on a FWD??

If onw want adjustable shocks on a FWD for better traction, should one put in just the rears?

I mean some HP tokiko in front or KYB GR-2 wich are soft and stiffen the adjustable in the back so all weight goes foward right?

Why would one get all 4??
