adjustable fuel pressure regulator issue

here's the deal this in on a 92 talon awd
just put a b&m fpr on the car now i am woundering how i can hook up a pressure gauge 2 monitor the pressure.Because the regulator replaces's the stock regulator and i would almost have 2 drill and tap the fuel rail before the first injector?Is the only way to do it?? let me know Thanks guys

There is your first problem. It doesn't allow you to turn the fuel pressure down.

They do make kits that have a fitting at the fuel filter outlet for a gauge.
