Well chaps watching this thread.

I welded the subframe up on sat and tested it again today to see once the process was done it still fit nicely and it does which is good to know. This can be a real major issue as things always move when welding and when you got 4 points to locate you have to wonder but the frame did not move much which is nice to know, that akso shows me the structure from the design also eoes not allow movement when welding and is a strong design to begin with.

Everything still mounts just fine from rack and ARB which is shown in the pics on the floor.

One thing i have shown here also is those looking to use another brand for the cross member will need to have it reinforced in this location at the rear! As this is the only bolt location it will now use! So ir you plan to buy one perhaps get them to do this now so its ready? Just a future thought.

You need a "NSFW" tag here with all that weld porn ROFLROFLROFL... looks seriously amazing though.
i dont know that one LOL care to explain what it means NSFW?? haha

and thanks i got really excited to finally test fit it once welded

Not safe for work. I meant it as a joke.
Oh that makes alot more sense now haha. Im not clued up on all these short names. Someone said the other day about money and i was lost till he explained

Looks awesome man! Any chance it'll fit with the subframe brace you make for the oem subrame? Looking to maximize my rigidity for the spyder chassis.

When you're ready for a website, hit me up. I might be able to help you stand something up.

This frame wont fit that brace as the mounting is different in depth and locations. For maximum strength/regidity the 4 point with cross member for the (race version) will be the best option for those looking for as much strength as possible.

The frame ready is very rigid and strong due to the amount of cross structure i have going on and surface area

So now I am a little confused. You mention race version for strength and what not. But what your offering here is a subframe with the crossmember which holds the front motor mount.

So with this sub frame how would we accommodate a front motor mount if there is no provision for a crossmember? I can weld (make things stick together LOL) but that's it. Definitely interested in the subframe to buy once pricing is released.

Just want to cover all boundaries ya know? I'm very very impressed with your innovations. Keep it up.

So the normal frame will have the rear mount for the oem crossmember or aftermarket built into the lower brace. So thats how the front mount will still work.

The race version is just to add more strength and assistance for those corners, this one will have the custom cross member that will bolt into the 4 point brace and will still mount to the front engine mount.

So all versions will still be able to use a front roll stop but only 1 will be offered by me the pic of the red cross member is not made by me but thats basicically how it will mount on the normal version

If i have lost the topic here let me know as i feel as if i may not of worded it correctly LOL

Any links to these other products? Couldn't find anything dsm related to raven. But I don't know Facebook that well.

Probably be cheapest to ship them all in a cargo container together and have somebody over here get them to the final destination but thats a lot of moving parts.

Anyway, you know the drill. You offer the parts, I sign up and pay for the parts so whenever this comes up ill be around. Looks excellent!

Its tricky i know. I think the size and cost to ship to the US is not mega bad myself. Bulk shipping might work but then its if i can make them in bulk which might not be so easy to do. Its something to look into though.
They take time and i just do this on the weekends so things will will soon build up time wise.
I know big items are tricky getting around the US also and it might end up being more expensive. Still more to look into but i have time for that

I'm in ... very excited to see someone do this that won't just take people's money and run!

Hi everyone watching this thread. I have added something on the first post and wondering if anyone can help get me this info it would help me figure out the under brace to make sure its as universal as possible for all.

Thank you

Looks good. I'll keep on eye out for this when you're done.
