ACT 2100 is a pain in the ass in traffic, but it will handle your goals and last a good while seeing some track time.
ACT 2600 is perfect for that amount of power, but its sort of stiff, the 2100 wont last that long if you drive hard and have over 300whp
Just remember, the stronger the diaphram, the more pressure/stress you are introducing to your engines thrust bearing. Instead of using an inferior clutch (a clutch that utilizes extremely high clamping forces) purchase a multiplate clutch. Many people have great success using 2100 lb + clutches, that is until their thrust bearing eats itself. Don't think that because you have a six bolt that you are immune to crank walk, a cheap clutch will have your 6 bolt crank walking faster than you think.
What are you basing your opinion off of? I'm going to completely disagree w/ you. This is my 3rd 2100 on more than 300whp and haven't had any problems with longevity or mechanical errors... No disrespect, but that comment is completely biased and presented with no factual evidence. I've never owned a 2600 tmk, and I can't tell you a damn thing about it. But I know that the 2100 is rated up to 450whp and has a lot of DSM;s engaging and disengaging all over the country
