act 2100 or...

I did some research and act is the highly used clutch for dsm's but would a 2100 be overkill? I looked at them and it said not intended for street use..... this is gonna be a daily driver but with a some racing intended. I am really considering the 2100 but should i go for a street clutch instead?

ACT 2100 is a street clutch. It won't be overkill at all.

also, i want an lsd but dont have the money to buy a quaife or anything i would like to spend 200-300 at the most!!!! is this an lsd insert?sbr tranny lsd will this be an affordable way to get better traction? or could someone point me in the direction of a good insert?

Yes, the 2100 is an excellent street clutch. It works very well with the stock tranny. As long as you keep your torque under 350 ft/lbs, it will hold great.

Yes, that SBR lsd is just an insert. They are a great help for traction for the money. Obviously is will not be as effective as a full LSD, but they will be more of a help as apposed to an open diff.
