act 2600 took a s*** on me..

okay out of no where, my clutch pedal goes all the way to the floor with like no resistance. my friends stock clutch has way more. It has trouble going in and out of gear, and the contact point is pretty much all the way in, you barely have to let it out for it to grab.

whats the deal here? could it just need a adjustment?

I would check for leaks or low fluid, then start bleeding it and re-adjusting it per jacks transmissions website. Then see how it performs.

Check for any leaks and/or low fluid in the reservoir first. If it's low or leaking somewhere that's your problem. (obviously) From your description though I would say you have a problem with the slave cylinder or the clutch release lever. Take a look at both of those if you don't see any leaks and the reservoir is still full. You should be able to grab ahold of the clutch release lever where it goes into the transmission. If it is loose or floppy feeling it is probably broken.

Remove the slave, pull back the fork boot and shine a light on the PP fingers. Check for broken fingers. You'll have to rotate the crank to check all of them.

Eh you've done no diagnostic checks and you're blaming the clutch pressure plate/disc?

In addition to possible master/slave failures, your throwout bearing could also be the culprit. These are more likely than it being your clutch considering the symptoms. Also, your transmission housing might not be bolted tightly. I've seen this happen on a poorly torqued transmission that slowly worked its way loose over time, resulting in these symptoms because the clutch pedal system simply couldn't reach to disengage the clutch.

yeah ive concluded it the master/slave cylinders. there not leaking, i was talking to the guys at midwest street performance, they say this is a common problem with these clutches because they are so aggressive.
