I remember someone saying these wires have a lifetime warranty on them. But I'm not seeing anything on the box or anwhere. Am I mistaken?

I am an Accel dealer. There is no lifetime warranty on them. If they are defective straight from the manufacturer, then whoever you bought them from should take care of it, but if they have been used at all, then there is no warrantee and usually no returning either....
