Accel plug wires??

this is what we run on our Dirt track racing Late Model but wondering if anyone has had any problems with them on a DSM?

I use their 8mm wire kit for my 2G GSX.

I replaced the stock wires at 50K miles and the Accels are still good at 70K miles. Im using copper BPR6ES plugs and no problems.

I have Accel wires. No problems here.

I use the exact same settup the thunder 300+ or what ever they are called and the bpr7es nkg plugs and the plugs are like 6 months old with about 8,000 miles and the wires are about 2 years old with about 45,000 miles on them and they are in great shape yet. but good luck

I use the 8mm Accel wires on mine also. Haven't had a single problem with them yet...knock on wood. Then again, its a DSM so I'll probably go out and it won't start now.

i've used NGK 8mm , magnecor 10mm, and accel 8mm.

maybe it's the placebo effect, but I liked the accel's more because it idled smoother (or so I think ). Either way, the accel's sealed the best.

I used the Accels in my old 2g and I'm using them in my 1g. Never a problem.

I'm using Accel 8mm wires and they work great.

I just installed (last night) the set of Accel 8mm plugs I bought. It was the first spark plug wire change I've done that has not been on a Camaro. Plugs (from left to right) 2 and 3 ran a little tight in length.

What I mean is that if you were to run them like the stock wires, plug wires 1 and 4 had slack where as plug wires 2 and 3 (mainly 2) were stretched.

Besides that I have not had any issues with them.

I had a pair on my 99 Spyder, replaced them two weeks later due to a really rough idle and the fact that they arc'd across the motor to my battery and then to my headlights.... WTF









Just kidding !!!!!
