I have a few questions before I do this...
What are the chances that I break the bolts inside the turbo?
I was able to pull one bolt with ease.... but the other three look like a Beotch to get to
Any info on what I should do to prepare/make this installation easier would be appreciated!

Thanks

-Kevin

Ok all the heatshields have been removed and I removed the 02 sensor w/ ease and she threads beutifully into the new 02 housing.
I was also able to remove the upper bolt off of the 02 housing.
3 bolts to go...
the downpipe will be simple.. I just replaced it so
any info on those last three bolts???

use PB blaster or some sort of alternative and let it soak overnight. It might be better/easier to pull the whole turbo, if i remember the back bolt is a pain to get to. Besides that you should be ok. Maybe get a welder to prepare for when that SS autocrude o2 cracks and breaks.
