For some backstory, my 420a is dead atm and I'm looking to get a new one. I have one in sight but my car is manual and the donor is automatic. Is there anything I would need to swap or is it plug and play?

I’m no 420a expert but for an engine swap, you shouldn’t need anything. Not sure if removing the pilot bushing is a must so that’s something you’ll have to research. You should be able to swap everything over.
