2G A screw Fell

Recently I drove to downtown Seattle and of course having a lowered car it scraped like usual but the next day I heard a screw fall out and I don't know where it goes and everything seems in place??
I can't upload the picture but its about 3 inches and about 1/8 of the screw(at tip) is threaded. The tip is pointy but I have no clue as to where it goes.
Anything will help, thanks!

Going to need some pics but the pointy ends sounds like a bolt that mounts something important. Is your car awd?

Sounds like one of the bolts that goes in the north/south bar.

Pointy bolts are either motor mount bolts or subframe bolts just look at those
