Well, just recently my car spun a rod bearing. Seeing as I have almost no money right now I am getting a beater for a while, and until march (when my garage is empty) the talon will be in storage. Anyway I was planning on doing a full engine build including forged internals and some other goodies
. I was wondering if my block will be ok to build the engine with. It has about 130,000 miles on it and I'm not sure if it is damaged from the rod bearing because I have not looked at it yet (won't be able to until march). I would really appreciate anyones advice about how to go about building my new engine. I'll be sure to keep everyone updated on the project (when it starts). Thanks everyone.
