Me and a buddy took these of my car yesterday. I was shooting with my Rebel Xt with a 70-200 L lens and a 17-50 L lens. My buddy was using a Canon 5d with the same lens. They turned out pretty good.

Let me know what you think of it. I still have a CF hatch and hood to throw on there.

Looks pretty good! :thumb: I like the wingless look on this car. Any plans to do matching front Brembos?

Fix the bumper sag under the headlights and it'll be about perfect.

Very clean car plus wingless - :thumb:

Keep up the good work. :dsm:

I would like to do the front brembos but since the only knuckles that will work with it are the JDM GVR4 ones which cost an arm and a leg I might just go with the AWD front brakes or the brembos made for the 2g's. I just got it back from paint and they didn't mount the bumper back correctly so I will be fixing that shortly. I've yet to take it to the track but the mods are as follows.

6 bolt 4g63 with eagle crank, wiseco 9:1 pistons, eagle rods, BS eliminator, all ARP hardware, Brand new 1g head from Mitsu, Titanium Dual Valve springs and retainers, Stock valves, FP2 cams going in this week, 1g intake mani, 1g throttle body, FMIC, HKS BOV, DSMlink, SBR G50 trim, SBR ported ex mani, Full 3 inch exhaust, FP 4" intake, K sport Coilovers, 880cc injectors, Devils Own methanol kit (installed but not running currently), 02 dump, 18" wheels, evo 9 rear brembo brakes, Exedy Clutch and a few other little things.

wow dude I LOVE color choices you have there.....seems like someone else I know has as good of taste as you....who could it be....oh yeah that was me and my old green plymouth duster with the rims that are on my talon now......:D........

ali: killer avatar pic btw.....1gs look great showcasing that angle:thumb:

Car looks sick man, should look great with the cf hood and hatch. Perfect color combo in my opinion.

I'm planning on using some 16x8 FD wheels for DR or slicks up front.

Oh man! I had to blink twice, those pictures are clear! You're car looks really clean.
Did you use any effects on photoshop?

No, those shots are straight off the camera. I was using one of my buddy's Canon L lens which are the best lens canon makes and that really made the difference. No photoshop used on these pictures.

I finished installing the FP2 cams yesterday and got a base tune on it. The final tune will be sometime this weekend or next.

Very nice!

Thanks for not tilting the camera at all kinds of stupid angles in an attempt to look "artsy" (my pet peeve).

Your car just looked super clean so I figured you did. But anyway, nice car, nice camera and nice lens. :thumb:
