A/C inop

Ok I have searched but found nothing relating to my specific situation. A/C is not blowing cold. Just had all the freon pulled and refilled so i know its not that. Got good reading off of the preasure sensors. I have 13v at the relay plug but only .25v at the compressor plug. Even hooked up a jumper at the relay plug and still no engagement at the compressor. Any ideas will be greatly apriciated.

If you jumped the the compressor clutch and it didn't work then its a bad clutch/compressor.

Mine does the same thing and also does your green light blink on the a/c button? When I clicked my a/c button the compressor kicked I only 1 time everytime, so I thought maybe clicking it a whole lot of times would fix it well it ACTUALLY did! I don't know how but now it kicks in and keeps on going
