A/C Don't work

Ok I have this problem with my A/C:

It worked great and all of the sudden it went out. It makes a loud sound when I turn it on. Kinda sounds like a fan with a bolt in it. The air doesn't come out hot or cold any Ideas?

If the car wont start then the AC isn't going to work. If you have the car running, and the ac still wont work, check the AC compressor clutch and blower wheel.

I know it won't work. This problem happened before the car died. I'm gonna replace the computer. I found a used one for $100.00. Ok and When I get it started I will check it.
