A/C compressor wont turn on

Okay so I went to firestone today to get my AC vacuumed and recharged.
They pressure tested it and it passed, filled it up to specs.
Paid $152.00 for the service.
The tech dude says everyting is fine except the A/C compressor wont turn on.
He said he checked all the fuses and the relays look good. But there is an issue with the relay not getting power.
The car is not wire hacked, everything works on the car all the accessories work as nomal. just the damn A/C dont want to work.
The condenser fan turns on when i press the A/C buttion and the light turns green.

Please give me an ideal on what could be wrong

First thing I'd do is double check everything they did, particularly ensuring the system is filled to spec, followed by checking fuses and relays again.

Then I'd jump the A/C compressor and see if it worked with straight power.
And THEN I'd start tracing wires via the wiring diagrams in the FSM.

Wire it directly to the battery/ground.

okay my question now is how do you get the wires back in the connector?

Well I fixed it and oh god does ac feel so good!
I kinda geto riged the electrical connector and it works for now. I am looking for a ac compressor connector.
