Anyone know where in the heck is our A/C Clutch Relay located.

I was driving with my a/c on when all of a sudden it turned off. I mean no air blowing or anything. I used my scan tool and it read that i have my a/c clutch relay short of open. The only problem is that i cant find it. I check the relays under my fuse box cover and they were all ok. I need help! Down here where still seeing triple digits from time to time.

Why is that? Is this relay in the ecu? I've checked everything and no juice. My citation is a bit different than the other guys in the way that my a/c wont blow any air out what so every. It's as if the hole thing died. The only thing that looked off was a transistor thats located next to the blower. But I don't think that that would be it.
