Anyone know where I can find a clutch for a 99 GST Spyder. I ordered a new clutch and it fit but when I step on the pedal, it doesn't reach the clutch. I took out the clutch then I noticed that the pressure plate is different from the original that was taken out. Then we was told that the clutch is different for the spyder gst than the regular gst. All the pressure plates that we looked at are all the same for turbo but the original one our spyder gst doesn't match it. It's different. We went to Mits dealer and ordered it. They sent us one that was like all the regular gst.
See the two plates in the pics below. My plate is the one on the bottom. The top one is the one for the regular 4g63t from 90-99. The bottom plate is taller than the top plate. Anyone have this problem?
