99 fwd fuel sending unit leaking? bad tune ?

So last year I spun a bearing

So this summer installed walbro 255

Fuel lab fpr(stuck at 20?)

Cyclone mani

My boost gauge reads -8 psi at Iidle (supposed to be -18 right?) [No boost leaks]

Im tuning with a 99 flashable ecu.

My question is,because I swapped so much can my tune be off that bad that its over running my fuel sending unit causing me to leak gas out of the vent tube ?

Also im on the corn(e85)

My wide band reads anywherr between 17-18

Breaks up under boost horribly.

First get your AFPR reading and set base fuel pressure this can thow it off, before it blows up.
