98 Spyder GST

Hello gang, haven't post a question since 2012 but now I got a 97 Spyder GST the convertible part I don't like but wondering if there is an aftermarked one piece fiberglass roof I can replace the soft convertible thing........I got the car with running problems it once detected a bit of Boost ECU didn't let it pass 3,500 RPM, checked under the hood found a air compressor regulator installed wrong, took it all off connected vacuum lines to factory places and now it runs smooth, but that is another story, the roof thingy is my number one concerned....thanks in advance TP

I don't believe anyone makes a hard top piece for the convertibles, there's your million dollar idea!

Thanks for the answer, got another question, is it possible to lower the Boost? It runs at 10 psi ecu makes sure it doesn't pass 10 psi, until I get the repair kit is there a way to nakk it runs just at 5 psi boost not more?,

Not really, but you could unhook the wastegate arm if you were determined to not run boost...

Why do you want to run less than 10psi?

If you would like to run that low boost (or lower than the stock pressure), then go with an external wastegate with big port. otherwise possibly would have boost creep.
