98 na need feedback

i am going to buy a 98 talon 2wd na this weekend and i need some feedback..i like to be different so i wanna make the fastest na in my area now i had 3 turbo dsms in the past 2 years so i wanna do something different..i was wondering how my car would run in the quarter mile and rough horsepower numbers with the following upgrades---


camshafts and gears, intake, full 3inch exhaust with headers, clutch, ignition, ported and polished head,fuel upgrades including injectors, throttle body,and pullys

Bench racing is frowned upon. I think a beter question would be what you would need to achieve a specific goal. And by the way, depending upon your goals, you might not need to port the head. 420 heads are actually pretty well engineered.

2.0 are not real well known for going fast na, they are turbo'd for a reason but if you have $XXXXX of money you can make a 420 non turbo fast, it is the same motor in the neons

But na fast, does not happen cheap it costs lost of money.
