2G 98 gst Rear Wheel Drive conversion

Considering doing a conversion from FWD to RWD on my 98 gst. I tried looking for information on the forum but didn’t find much. Can this be done, any ideas.

Sure it can be done.

But nowhere will you find step-by-step instructions to doing it. So you'll either require an impressive set of fabrication skills or have relatively deep pockets to have someone do it for you.

Generally speaking, the better approach would be starting with a RWD platform if RWD is what you really want.

There's only a whole video series on youtube of Jake LS RWD swapping one....... but like Brian said, unless your willing to put in the fab work, money etc......not worth it.
