2G 98 2.4 timing help

I cant seem to find a link to help set the base timing for a 2.4 spyder. I just want to find the info so when i source a new head, i can get it going. Also, where can i find head studs for it? Extreme psi nor stn have a listing for the 2.4. Only 2.0. Id like to install arp headstuds on it. It'll not see boost any time soon, if at all. Im still searching google so I might run across my answer soon but you guys on this forum are guru's.
