Just bought this car about 3 months ago and have been slowly trying to make it run but I just don’t know what is wrong with it. Trying to figure out how to time it and see if that’s the issue but it has spark, fuel, compression and air so I’m thinking it’s timing but it might be ECU or something to so with wiring, anything will help thanks.

If the engine has timing covers installed, you'll need to remove them and check if the timing marks are lined up properly. That'll tell you if it's in time. Maybe also let us know what you're experiencing with the car for something to be wrong. Tell us what it's doing, or not doing.

When I first got the car it was a wiring mess and still is but I have found a lot of things and hooked them up, but the car turns over fine and burbles every one in a while just won’t fire

Since you said it's a 6 bolt, make sure the CAS is functional and that the harness that connects it to the oem harness is accurately wired. Always make sure you verify any previous mods.
Do you know if there is any wiring diagrams or a certain way it needs to be timed or what way the cas needs to be
