Got a 97 Eclipse GS and I’ve heard a lot of people have this problem but I just need some pointers on how to solve it. Car wasn’t getting fuel so tested the voltage to the fuel pump, all was good so I assumed the fuel pump was bad. Got a new fuel pump installed it still nothing wasn't even priming nothing.

Then I kept on blowing my ignition fuse so could I possibly have a bad ground somewhere? Bad relay? Let me know please

So I believe the one you are talking about is the link 6 30a to the ignition switch. I’d go through the wiring at the ignition switch, that junction block and everything that might have been moved which is grounding or shorting that circuit.
