So I just got a 97 Eclipse GS with an added turbo a few days ago that was crank no start.

I figured out the issue had to do with the wiring to the cam sensor and crank sensor because the voltage was all positive because of a bad ground, so I cut the wires at the PCM and rewired them. Now the ground is good but the yellow signal wire when the sensors are unplugged is reading around 8V and 2.6V with the sensors plugged in. I’m thinking this means that the PCM was shorted out or one or both of the sensors are shorted?

If anyone has any knowledge, I would greatly appreciate it!
