Hello all, I recently bought my first DSM. A 1996 Eclipse with quite a lot done to it, abandoned since 2004~2005ish. I am new to DSM from a technical standpoint and would like to learn about it and revive this car.

Our goal:
4g63 turbo built motor. But from experience with other cars, this process could take months/years to get ready. What I need in the meantime is the car to move under its own power. I don't need it to be easy and I don't need lots of power, I need cheap and functional.
What we know:
The car is 5spd (thank God)
The engine is missing
That it comes with SEVERAL engine parts but we don't know what engine they belong to. (Our guess based on research is a 420a)

Will post more pics of what we are working with when I get back home from vacation, but here's a few pics have on hand

Yes it was definitely a 420A car. That's a unique build. Definitely an early 2000's style that we don't see these days anymore. Nice acquisition. I can't tell if those are the desirable clear tail lights or something made to replicate them. Also, if you plan to part ways with that radiator, send me a PM and I'll gladly take it off your hands. That's another part that hasn't existed for a while.
