96 eclipse gs 2.0 using 95 talon ecu, wire harness , fuel rail, fuel injectors

So here I am again, my car has a erratic idle because there's too much fuel pressure on the fuel rail and the injectors, I was using the talon injectors and changed them back to the eclipse ones, I found out that on idle speed the talon is at a lower level of fuel pressure than the eclipse. that info came from alldata, is here a way to control that fuel pressure, Im using the talon fuel pump too, but its not connected to the relay so its sending fuel at all times, but I read that the relay will send fuel as long it detects movement fro the cam, wich means that as long as the car is on it will send fuel, so I dont think that the fuel pump is the issue, also I installed a fuel return line to the fuel tank because I'm using the talon fuel rail and it has a return line on it( If I'm not using the correct term sorry, my english its not si good XD) please help , I want my dsm back XD, thanks again in advance for all your help over these years

GS 2.0 was the 420A motor. Is the Eclipse the 4G63 setup? If so, totally different setup and the two are incompatible with each other.

they are both the 420a motor

The 95 and 96-99 have different fuel pressure regulators. Are using the regulator on the 95 fuel rail? The injectors shouldn't mater they should be the same.

yes I'm using the fuel rail regulator. Changing the vacuum would help?
