eagle talon 95 ecu on eclipse gs 96 2.0

so I already installed the wire harness and the ecu of the eagle talon on my eclipse, and there's spark on the ignition but it misfires , any ideas? thanks in advance

both are 420a 2.0 engine, automatic transmission

If your misfiring check you spark plugs and wires maybe coil pack usually when they go bad two cylinders stop working but I have seen just one cylinder go out before the ecu will be fine from 95 to 99 so that's not a problem
