Okay i got a stock 95 tsi turbo on my automatic car. The hotside that bolts to the manifold is cracked/ broken where the manifold bolts bolt in not allowing me to torque it down properly. I have an extra turbo from a 95 tsi that was a 5 speed. I know the turbos are different...but can i swap the hotsides with no problems? I would swap the whole turbo but the seals and bearings are wasted on the 5speeds turbo. I just want to know if I can swap them no problem or would it be a waste of my time. I just need something working to get it up an running for now till i can afford a new turbo an what not.

ty jay, much appreciated, got her up an running today...boosting alot better than when i got her...dunno if its the replaced hotside, or the new 02... either way...<3 the new found stock hp..instead of havin cavileirs and safelite autoglass vans ride my @ss everyday to work!
