95 TPS on 90 TB

I'm doing a 6 bolts swap (90 motor) in my Talon AWD 95 and I changed my TB. I heard it was easy to install a 2g TPS on a 91-94 TB (3 pins) but my TB is a 90 with 3 wires. Is there a way to fit the 2g on my 90 TB. BTW, the little shaft that plug in the TPS are different.

Any idea... is it possible to cut my 2g connector and weld the wires to my 1g TPS... Are they compatible?

The reading from the sensor should be the same, all you should have to do is cut/splice the wires together.

I know that on the 90 TB there is a switch to tell when the plate is close, 95 doesn't have it.
Wires color are different. On 90 TPS, they are all green with stripes.

Anyone know which color goes together?

The 2g has the "closed throttle position switch" as its technically known but on a 2g its built into the tps and on 1g's its seperate. Since the 2g tps wont fit on the 90 tb you are obviously going to have to use the 90 closed throttle switch and 90 tps with a bit of soldering work. I dont have the wire colors handy but i can get them if nobody has posted them before i get the chance probobly later today.

The DSM manual doesn't have a specific diagram for the 90 tps so i'm going on the assumption that even though the 90 tps has a pigtail harness while the 91+ uses a plug right on it that the wiring colors are still the same. If thier not let me know but otherwise this should be correct...
