Hi everyone, here is my build. How the car is going to sit once this build is done.

Solid motor mounts
Full wire tuck/delete
Fuse box relocation
Shaved Bay
Radiator moved 2" forward
Meth Injection kit

BLOCK-

Machined to spec
Manley rods
Wiesco 9.0:1 1mm overbore pistons
Cut stock crank
Oil squirters blocked with set screw
Forward facing OFH
Oil cooler delete

HEAD-

Kiggly HLA
Kiggly springs
SS Swirl polished 1mm oversized valves
Oil Port Mod 1&2

Forced Induction-

Garret T3/T4 .50 trim turbo
Cast iron manifold
38mm External wastegate w/dump tube
FMIC
3" GM MAF(At first then SD)
1g BOV

Suspension/Steering-

Depowered steering rack
Takico struts and springs

Tuning-

ECMlink V3 Full

Interior-

Delete rear seats
Front racing seats
Airbag delete (both) w/sensors and control unit
New carpet
Removal of anything not used

Body-

Galant Super VR4 front clip conversion

Here are some pics of when I got the car back in 2011.

After getting the veh i did several things.
body kit/ rims, AEM wideband

T3/T4 upgrade with Fuel mods 950cc injectors, fuel lab AFPR, and PR FMIC.
DSMlink v3 light for tuning, and oil filter relocation.

Also during times when money was a little tight did random body mods.

About 8 months ago I had a spun rod bearing so it was time to start a full rebuild. Things that are going to happen while down are change internals to 9.0:1 compression pistons, forged rods, angled valve job, engine bay painted, wire tuck, fusebox relocate, replace interior, racing seats, lighter hood/fenders/doors, remove air bags, new steering wheel, solid motor mounts, upgrade fuel pump, big brake kit, rebuild trany, and alot more i may decide to do along the way.

De-powered the steering rack. Following the miata mod for steering conversion. For any who want to do here is a link Flyin' Miata : Tech: 1.8 conversion

Took it apart getting ready to cut the seal off.

Here is the seal.

Re-assembled and packed with greese. All I have to do now is re-install.

How much power will those rods handle?

Alot, 1000+ if they are the turbo tuff. The extreme psi dragster (quickest and fastest 4g63) has manly rods and pistons.

There not the turbo tuff. I think there rated at 600hp.

Yes, spray high heat primer then high heat gloss chevy orange/red paint.

Tank to rail fuel line and high flow filter.

Block back from machine shop.

New SS swirl polished valves, Kiggly HLA and Springs

Pistons are in! And assymbled!
