95 n/t fuel filter change

Does anyone have a guide to changing the fuel filter on a 95 talon non-turbo. Theres one for the 96 and up non-turbos, but i havent really seen one yet for the 95s, Just people looking for it saying the found it and fixed it. If theres not, I'll just do it as best i can and make a tech article for it or something. Any help is appreciated.

Yeah the 96 filter is located near the rear wheel, and its located on the firewall in 95s
