95 eclipse headlight swap to 96-99

I have a 95 eclipse gsx and am swapping the headlights for a 96-99. I know I have change the bumper. My question is does anyone have a how to on how to swap the connectors, cause they are different.

I swapped my 96 to the 97-99 style and I didn't have to change any connectors at all.

That's why I'm really confused. Everything that I have read didn't say anything about changing the connectors.

I had to hard wire in a 98 connector into my 95 when I did my 2gb conversion in 1999 . It's 4 wires not hard at all just make sure you solder and shrink wrap.
