Spyder "95-'96 vs. '97-'99 headlight?

I bought 2 headlights from different people to convert my spyder to a '97-'99 style bumper, but they're not the same style. I don't have my car available right now (storage), to check which style is the right one. Which one is the '97-99? The one with the marked area is different at that point than the other, and it has a black housing, while the other one is grey.

Your bottom photo is the 97-99 style. They trimmed the bumper to fit flush with the headlight, so only the 97-99 style will fit the 97-99 bumper. However you could get the 97-99 headlights to fit in your 95-96 bumper, but there will be a small gap.

Just the glare, its black for sure.
