So I talked to kidtsi and worked it out to get a full/complete wire tuck, to include fuse box relocation, done for 2100. Will incorporate my custom ignition system, AEM EMS Series II, inline UEGO, and battery relocation, I believe that will be well worth the money and wait.

Yes thats a good way to go all in one im sure its worth the money im interested in one of those for my 1g as well, looks good.

I am paying a bit extra to have him do it as it'll be the first modified AEM EMS system (not full plug n' play) he's built. Will post photos of the end result, I'm curious as to what the coil system will look like. Figured I'd clean up the bay since I've done all this other work... :D

Just give kidtsi a PM inquiring about it, he'd be glad to. I know he removed his ad but I'm sure he's still doing them.

New parts arrived a bit ago, just thought I'd post... trying to figure out my jpeg files on Linux Mint.

Most definitely! Especially if I do large orders such as this one where I'm expecting multiple parts, oddly enough my car is still in the states and me in the UK... it'll be (literally) Christmas for her (Rikka) when it gets here.

Agree on the Linux, smooth running and clean operation...

Finally found the time to hit "play" on the build, got the engine removed just needing to get my other engine built and ready to go... once that's complete I'll have a spare engine just in case (good short block and stock head).

Nearly done, just needing to finish the alternator wiring, fill it with fluids and give her the first 200 mile break-in and then on to continuing to breaking the rest of it in.

I got a long way too but I have a year to get her to look and run great, the shootout is my drive for the car now.

I can't wait for the day I can take it to a shootout, I'm sure she's never seen one... either way if I don't manage to get to one before she leaves the US then I'll be sure I take it to the Nuremburgring.

Now that sounds good, I plan to travel to Europe one day looking to rent a car for a spin, on some of those roads and the autobahn.

Good news: she runs like a champ! Love the sound at 900 rpm, beautiful. Engine runs perfectly.

Bad news: Idle gets stuck a bit, going to fix with WD40; fixing a possible boost leak (not running past 4k rpm); fixed a few minor leaks on the OFH, and overflow...

Sad, I have more issues than not... oh well I'm not giving up on old girl she will run again.

Right on man! Looks like you have made alot of progress.

when you get back to the US you oughta come by my neck of the woods and we can compare builds and go have a lil fun :thumb:

Actually I'm currently on leave in the US (car in Grain Valley) until 1 November, hopefully if I have it finally moving again (idle cable issues) I'll stop by.

Well it'll be test and break-in day today, may have sealed a boost leak and in hopes of having a smooth break-in. :hellyeah:

That would be a great break-in drive!! About 3 hours one way and 3 hours back from grain valley to Independence, Ks.

hopefully you get you idle issues solved and ill get to meet you in while your on leave :thumb:

we have the biggest event in ks going on right now called Neewollah (Halloween spelled backwards) and there are tons of carnival rides in town and lots a great food (but kinda expensive LOL)
