95 420a throwout bearing

i just got a 95 talon esi and the TOB is making a grinding noise when the clutch is disengaded. Am i able to grease the bearing without splitting the block and trans ??

Unfortunately, no. You must remove the transmission to get to the throw out bearing. From the sounds of it, you'll probably need to replace it, not just grease it. It's a cheap enough part, just a little time consuming to get to.
