hey i have a 94 gs 5 spd with a 92 6bolt motor installed from what i have read there should be a knock sensor plug in the same ecu port on both ecu's. I have replaced the 94 n/t ecu and installed and wired a resistor box. the motor didnt have a knock sensor the new ecu is throwing a bad knock sensor code. according to chiltons manual there should be a knock sensor in the same location as the turbo engine knock sensor and the same on the wiring harness. but there is no plug under the hood what wires should i tap into to install my knock sensor and get rid of my check engine light and allow my car to have some boost. Please help yall thanks alot

My car needs a knock sensor wired into pin 9 on the ecu what do i do with the wire already in it and the same for the new turbo maf 7th wire to pin 6 do i just splice into the wire in pin 6 and 9 or just run the new wire directly into the harness and cut off the old wires? Thanks for the help SGT Foster US ARMY
