ok i read the other post it coverd about everything i have checked and tried and im still stumped.
i have a 92 eagle talon tsi awd its very hard to start and somedays it wont even start. now when its warm the only way to start is to either pull start the car or unplug the mass air flow sensore, and sometimes then the car wont even start. I have checked all the temp sensors the only one thats bad and not reading corectly is for the a/c fan controles. Along with this i have set the timing perfect it runs and drives great.
I have also replaced the vacume hose going to the fpr (fuel pressure regulater) checked compression i think it may be a little low but with it being turboed it might be about right it sits about 90psi all the way across give or take 3psi. One thing i noticed, which i think might be my vacume gauge im using, is that it one day it has 6lbs vacume the next its about 15lbs which is still low. I have also check all injectors and all check out have not done a fuel pressur test yet, as to the fact i can not get my hands on a kit that will hook inline since there is no bleeder.
Now something i have found funny is i cant even use starting fluid to assist in the start
this also might help with whomever assist me is when i got the car i got it with a blown headgasket replaced that alonge with bolts along with that the turbo was shot i also replace and like i said once i get car started it runs and drives great just cant turn off or i drain battery trying to start im not sure if i have the right size battery in it also so if someone knows the min cranking amps the car requires that would be greatly apreated
this is getting old and im tierd of checking everything over and over i would relly like to get it going so that i can start driving it any ideas are greatly apreated
