91 Talon TSi Awd auto-manual tranny switch

Im planning on changing my transmission from my stock auto to a stock manual. Apart from the tranny itself what else will i have to change to get it to work properly with the rest of my car?

So if that is merely similar what are the differences. I dont really want to replace the diff and transfer case if i dont have to.
