GVR-4 91 Galant VR4 electrical issues

Hey everyone, I just bought a Galant VR4 and it has some electrical issues I am trying to figure out. The sunroof, turn signals (both on the dash and the actual bulbs), hazards, and mirror adjustments don't work at all. Everything else works fine so I don't think it is the actual wiring, also I checked a few of the fuses and they were good.

I was told that the turn signals have a relay but I can't figure out where it is, I checked the fuses under the hood and none of those were for turn signals. The main things I want working are my turn signals and the sunroof.

What are the next steps I should take to try and fix my issues?
