Heres the thing i bought my car which is a 90 eagle talon, i found out that it had an 91 ecu in it and that it wasnt set up to run it, i noticed cause the tac was messing up. So i put a 90 ecu in and now it spits and sputters during acceleration.

Put the 1991 back in and follow the instructions

I just sold a transistor, plate and harness section just like that..

Find a 91-94 DOHC even a NT at a yard and pull that part...

I scanned my car for error codes tonight cause i had some really ruff idling. and it said "injector circuit" I just put 550 's in today and after i read that error code i checked the conector that hooks to the injector and there is some corrosion could this be what is causing the could and the ruff idling.
 
Yup corrison on the connectors could very well have interfered with the injuctor circut. Corrosion raises the resistance and the ecu might have mistaken that for a problem with the circut itself.
