91-94 Shifter base and cables

OK I'm putting a 92 tranny in my 90 laser and I originally thought that i could just switch the linkage arms on the tranny? Turns out that isnt the way i guess. My question is will a shifter base and cables from a 91-94 NT DOHC work the same? thanks Zach

Yes, NT 2.0 cables will work.

Make sure that the shifter cable bracket ontop of the transmissin is from 91-94 as well.

If I Have A 1991 Eclipse Turbo With A 1990 Turbo Transmission.... What All Else Would I Have To Change???
