90 GSX Idle / loss of power problems

i jus got this car about a week ago everything was fine and pulling real hard but the tranny grinds sometimes u put it into second too fast now when i go pass 4rpm it jumps to 6rpms way too fast and it idles high in the 6rpm range at 10psi than it goes to 7 do you guys think its the clutch or the turbo ? the clutch grinds at least 7 times a day due to the tranny syncros im guessin also my turbo sounds like its screamin lil to much and i checked for shaft play it moves up and down a lil but not in and out

I'd have to say....Major clutch issues? Inexperienced clutch install? Dunno

So if i put a brand new clutch do you think it would stop slippin or could the tranny be makin it slip??<<

also i wanna know if u can use a fwd clutch on an awd tranny?
