1G 90 GSX and the headlights wont pop up

just bought a 90 GSX and the headlights wont pop up! they are on and my driving lights and fogs work fine but i cant get the headlights to come up and i have to get it inspected tomorrow! any help or suggestions?? thanks!

More than likely your headlight motors are burnt up. Check the wires but I would guess you need new motors.

its been awhile since ive done it but back in the day my buddy had a 91 talon... i remember he disconnected the motors and manually raised them. i think there were red knobs behind each headlight, you just turn them and they lift up. thats how some of the guys on here have "halfway" raised pop ups on their 1g cars. if you need it inspected check the connections and then raise them manually if you need new motors.
